Convenient location, connected to mall, helpful staff, nice breakfast, comfy bed, good water pressure.

Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel is new, it was opened early July, the breakfast was good and the hotel staff were very friendly. My brother in law was sick and needed a transport to the nearby hospital and when we called the front desk, the hotel provided the car and driver and took our brother in law to the hospital, an excellent service indeed, although we required a wheelchair but the hotel didn't have it, we can understand because it is a new hotel.

The mall attached to the hotel was relatively new with not much to see and do as some of the shops has not been opened yet.

The hotel was in a great location, with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find things to do. The room was relatively clean and the housekeeping staff did a good job of tidying up. the hotel provided some amenities such as free toiletries and coffee, which was a nice touch.

The hotel had a lot of issues that detracted from my stay. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and had mold in it, which was not pleasant.

The rooms are very brightly painted.

The booking for airport transfer is not free if you did not indicate upfront in the Booked.net request. Quite an unreasonable excuse to give in order to ask us to pay for the transfer to the airport.

Firstly it is because of the price, then when I actually checked into the hotel, it was very innovative concept design. Felt the surroundings of the room very warm and welcoming. Indeed it was a very fascinating place to stay. The staffs are friendly and the most amazing thing is actually the whole idea that the hotel provides! Very fresh! Brings the best out of you!

Due to the shopping mall is still new...most shops are still not open, but there is still Lotte Mart and all sorts of other shops. U can basically get everything at ct Link Bandung, but not the shopping. U gotta leave that to the Pasar Baru and King's Place to do the talking! Other than that, everywhere else, you gotta take a cab. Use meter!!! Don't make the taxi dude wait for you and he will try to convince you to a scam package where u end up paying 300,000 rupiah for only 2 hours plus. Trust me, use metered taxi, they are everywhere and easy to get

This hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall, with plenty of options for entertainment and dining. the rooms are spacious and bright, with beautiful views of the city skyline. the breakfast offers a wide spread, with freshly baked bread and natural juices.

The room service can be slow and the air conditioning may not be cold enough for some guests.

At Harris (Bandung) you will feel like you are with your family. All Harris staffs are so friendly and nice people. Even though the location for the hotel is little bit far; however, with extreme respect and warm welcome of the staffs, I would keep Harris as my first option, whenever I travel again to Bandung… The hotel is very clean and it is a new one (opened last June). I would recommend Harris hotels for those are looking for a good place. Please not that Harris does not allow for bad things. So it is fully complying with religion’s concepts. So those who are looking for healthy and good place, Harris is your right direction.

Great Design, we feel comfort with fresh colour interior room

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, being right inside the mall complex. It was so convenient to have access to a variety of shops and eateries just a few steps away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also offers a range of services, such as car hire, laundry, and airport shuttle, which made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to our friends.

That some of the mall food stalls closed early, but this was a minor inconvenience considering all the other great aspects of this hotel.

it's a new hotel, I like new hotels. The staff are friendly. The food is good. Not in central area, but taxi is cheap. I'll be back.

We loved that this hotel is located on top of a mall that has plenty of children’s play areas. The hotel is also conveniently located for transportation, with easy access to parking. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
